Very friendly staff. Have been open each time I've gone.... Not been to the one in the spar yet as I've arrived before it closes at 5.30pm
This dump would get a zero if it were an option, the first cashier on the till said I had the wrong place to return my parcel too, also asking who’s next when clearly I was first in the very long queue; after checking my information online and queuing again the second cashier seemed miffed to have to do her job, it’s a shame places like this exist and the genuine original post office was shut down and this concession stand opened up in the spar, as I left I watched both of the staff having a thorough good root at my parcel that was already in the post bag, I’m no expert but I’m sure once it’s in the bag you don’t touch it. Try another post office if you consider this one, places that charge for services but provide attitudes like this shouldn’t be running a community service such as the post office. Poor all round
Up untill today service is normally great but lady there very rude. Standard procedure made unnecessarily difficult.Extremely long waiting times too. Also, spar staff now refusing to serve at p/o till at front of store before the main p/o opens claiming they dont have enough staff. Two members of staff walking round with cups of tea when they claimed this. Poor service.
Does not open at 7am and does not close at 11pm. Both Google and the Post Office website have incorrect information. Absolutely useless.
Staff extremely helpful and polite. Even given current circumstances they try their best to accommodate everyone
Helpful quick and easy drop-off to post item as long as you’ve paid online
very rude service. service did not know how to change money from dollars to pounds
OMG you have too be from the area too be treated right buckly is a place that they think they at Windsor I'm from different area on a visit so ooo click and cocky
Never open at advertised times. Have been twice on two separate days and found it closed.
Friendly helpful staff
