Horrible service! The lady who served me today had a very poor knowledge about Travel Money Cards and seemed to not want to understand my need. I highly do NOT recommend this branch.

I went into this branch a few months ago. The manager is the most unorganised, unapproachable and unprofessional manager I have ever come across. The staff appear scared of him. The staff have nil patience, quite blunt and appear unhappy at all times! Its a small branch and should be run much better, I will not be going in there again!
