Rude 'post master' at this shop. Tried to get me to pay way unnecessarily than the package required, guess this must be par of the course. Just go to the Glamis or Westmuir post office, both much better.
I use this post office a lot as does my family and other half he’s forever in there posting parcels for me and the staff are always so lovely and helpful! I once appeared when they were on their break my mistake and the gentleman was nice enough to chap the window and let me know he’d only be a minute which was really nice as I was about to pop away and just come back later. Staff can’t do enough for you, always first class service! Thank you so much!
Only open when the owner feels like it, not great when he’s the town’s only Post Office and now bank since we have zero bank branches. Not allowed to voice dislike of him either or you’re instantly labelled as racist despite the fact his poor customer service and bad attitude has nothing to do with his race.
Kindly helped me out with some urgently needed change yesterday. It's not his fault that the banks have all closed, it's the same story everywhere. Many thanks.
It's pretty hit and miss as to whether you'll find this post office to be open! I went around this morning at 1050 hours after checking hours of business online, only to find the place closed with all the shutters down. Not handy when all our banks in Kirriemuir have closed and this is the only place to deposit cash instead of having to drive to my nearest Santander in Arbroath.
Number is invalid and shops closed when it's supposed to be open today how are folk meant to get I. Contact to collect parcels
Terrible post office. Very rude owner of shop. The Royal Fail has gone downhill. Bring back properly trained postal staff not shopkeepers.
Friendly, helpful staff - great wee post office.
Not helpful being closed at lunchtime when most people want to visit
