Made an appointment with the post office to digitally renew our passports. Seen on time, the service was excellent we had to just answer a couple of questions and have our photo taken. It took approx 30 minutes to do the two passports. If you need to renew your passport soon definitely go to the post office they are brilliant.
I went in with an appointment to see Linnet; update my aging passport.nLinnet was very professional and explained everything to me as she went through the process diligently.nI would recommend this facility including the post office passport application service for the ease, professionalism, cost and time it takes around 20 minutes, I can now forget, set a reminder if I needed one, but, the post office update me at every point through the process... excellent!
I had my passport renewed with the help of Liskeard Post Office.nThe lady, that assisted me, was everything you would have hoped for.nHappy, polite,efficient and professional. I would recommend using their service.nThe first lady I spoke to was also polite and smiley.
Arrived a post office today abit clueless about how to renew my driving license, thankfully the lovely Linnet was working.nShe was very polite and pleasant to deal with walked me through the process quickly and efficiently.nnI mentioned about also needing a new passport and if I could take a form with me to fill out Linnet explained I could do a similar process with my passport also I wasn't expecting to get it done there and then also which was a huge bonus saving me time.nnSo in about 15 minutes or so I had a passport and new driving license sent off and sorted.nnI don't usually leave reviews but thought it was necessary to do so on this occasion.nThankyou Linnet for being a total superstar!nnFor this I would definitely recommend this post office and also give a 5 star review.nnEmployees like Linnet are rare. Liskeard Post Office consistently delivers excellent customer service and has a fantastic team working there. They are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for them. Every town needs a Post Office as good as this one.
