Once again a queue of 5-6 people one member of staff serving the other counting money. It’s 11am so can’t see that it’s cashing up for the day. To be honest only a couple of staff here appear to want your custom the others very miserable.

Absolutely useless and pathetic customer service, closed the counter because the girl that works there is on holiday and they didn't bother with a replacement

Went to post a parcel here - the printer was malfunctioning and a legible proof of postage couldn't be printed. The staff couldn't give a f*** and just wandered off when I tried to complain about it. I've honestly never seen such a feckless attitude to customer service - absolutely appalling - don't go here if you have something important to send. In fact just don't go here at all.

Advertised opening hours say this branch is open until 8pm. I arrived at 5.31pm and the staff member had already closed up. She said they didn't have the staff available to keep it open for the evening, so now I have to make a special trip the next day and the item will arrive late. Not the first time this has happened at this branch.

Had important docs to send , says on website open Saturday, two weeks in a row it's been closed and cost my company money due to late arrival of documents.. not good enough.
