Having worked in a Post Office I can honestly say this is one of the Best for miles around, the staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is amazing with a great selection of gifts and cards. I really dont know what the gentlemans problem with the staff asking questions about the contents of the packets is, they asked me what was inside, stressed not to be too specific, i said a toy, they asked me if it had a rechargeable battery, i said no. Hardly nosey or very revealing.Keep up the good work guys A thoroughly great place to do my business and i will return.

This Post Office is a shining example to all. I cannot praise them enough for their advice, exemplar service and patience! I ring up as often as I come in to ask questions and am always so thankful for their never ending encouragement and support. Starting my own business has been made so much easier by the team at Wincanton. They know so many customers by name, make you feel so welcome and I only wish every other Post Office had their staff. They absolutely cater for individual needs and the great camaraderie between the staff makes it such a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

I am a regular user (of many years) of this Post Office and have always enjoyed the friendliness and quiet efficiency of all the staff, who go out of their way to help as much as possible. I don't post comments very often but sometimes dedication like this should be publicly acknowledged. They also happen to have the best selection of greetings cards for miles around.
