staff on the front section of the post office are rude .speak with a condescending attitude and thank you or how can I help you seems to be missing in there vocabulary! ps when I have occasionally had to go to the main counter in the back have found staff friendly and polite.

Made a claim over 2 months ago now gave the form into a staff member and they didn't send it off. Now have to fill out another form and wait for the whole process to be repeated because of the useless staff member who I gave the form to.
