Thought it had improved since being taken over by new staff!? However, there is one older member of staff who always asks you exactly what is in your parcels!!! (I’ve never been asked this anywhere else!) and is always rude, patronising and doesn’t seem to like children! Have to say I agree with other reviews in that I’d rather go further to West Moors where the staff know how to talk to customers!

Don't have a lot of supplies i.e envelopes. When I asked one of the staff she seemed rather rude as if my question was ridiculous.

Sort out your opening times advertised. It is so frustrating to make a journey then arrive and discover you have closed 30mins early.

New owners have turned the place around-polite & patient with all of their customers.

Has closed down temporarily because of some kind of dispute between landlords and tenants. Would give it zero out of five of I could. Many people in the local community rely on this place being open. Who knows when it will reopen !?
