I rate this post office as minus zero, simply the staff is misrable and irresponsible.  I sent one first class signed for packet to West London on the 10/06/14 but its still not received by the addressee due to the fact that the counter staff member who processed the packet typed the WRONG postcode on the receipt. I tried to speak to the counter staff but they just don't want to know and told me to contact the Royal Mail customer services, when I contacted the concerned department they told me to contact the concerned post office . But no one is taking any responsibility.  In my opinion the Pershore post office should take responsibility and resolve the problem. Why the people have to suffer for the counter staff mistakes. On the whole the Royal Mail want to raise the prices for postal services all the time but don't want to take responsibility or provide the service. This is the best Post Office I have ever used. I mail out hundreds of packages a year, and all the staff here are consistently friendly and helpful, making it a pleasure to go in.

I use on a near daily basis and Post Office staff are always very helpful and pleasant.

Very friendly staff and very helpful opening times allowing visits well after normal work hours.
