I visited this Post office today to complete my SIA application! This was my first visit to Holyhead and I was served by a lady called Gillian she made me feel extremely welcome. Wonderful service!
Again, hats off to another Holyhead Post Office: Thanks very much to the kind people here, in accepting a package for my daughter, currently travelling the UK on foot. I did everything wrong, and they fixed it for me. Ta
I simply LOVE this post office/souvenir shop!! Came here first time as a tourist years ago, but even now that I'm a resident I can't resist buying more souvenirs... The service is great, and the staff are very friendly.
The opening hours are wrong!! They close at 4pm on a Saturday. Bit of a let down because I wanted to buy a Thank You card. Service is usually good though
Postage fees are amounting to robbery now, but needs must- there isn't an alternative. The staff are always on the ball, and helpful, but the relentless upsell is annoying.
