They sent my parcel in Turkey instead of Torquay!!! And of course they don't care to do anything about that!!!
Very poor PO to say Mansfield is a large town this new down graded down sized one is terrible 5 counters with only 1 or 2 open, no atmosphere staff could do with a radio or background music as they look miserable , long queues and waits don’t expect to be served within 15 minutes tops
I find there service fair and helpful, it's not easy trying to do everything when you're such a small shop and huge community.

The girl who served me was so miserable looking and I didnt like her tone ,I will definitely use a different post office in future where I feel more welcome
