No matter how friendly and polite you are do not expect it back! They are incredibly rude staff - beyond belief shocking rude, not just a bit inpolite. They have been rude to me and my family, they even refused to sell us a stamp! I drive to keynsham to use the post office there as they are polite and helpful. I have actually never been served by people so consistantly rude before.

What is going on ? Haven't been in the Post Office for a while and went to post a large letter only to be grunted at by the Postmaster and told to read the sign as still awaiting renewal of contract from Post office ? His communication skills are not very good to say the least. Just found out that The Post Office are inviting applications for this Post office and application need to be in by 31st January. So i presume this contract isn't going to be renewed any time soon.

This "man" the owner of this shop is so rude, he has resorted me to tears. Simple, reasonable questions were met with sarcasm and rude comments. I have used the shop on three separate occasions to pick up parcels and he has been rude every time. He has no manners, he is a bad representation for the Post Office. I totally recommend NOT using this shop for anything. He must be struggling against the competition, who are polite and customer focused! If I could give negative stars for a review I would. SUGGEST AVOID

Rude post master advertising the store as being a post office for months when they no longer have a post office contract. Raised with the post office as a complaint who will be dealing with the situation swiftly.
