Very friendly and helpful staff.  The additional counter at the front is also very handy at peak times and for less complicated post related transactions.

Terrible customer service, 1 star is only because there is no option for zero stars! I'll make the drive to Marlow in future, its a couple of extra miles drive but worth it for friendly service.
