Always had fabulous service at this Post Office. I’m not sure why there a number of low reviews, possibly from miserable people who enjoy spreading their misery.

Had to use a post office and unfortunately chose to go to this one. The man ‘helping’ was rude condescending and unpleasant. When asked a specific driving licence question his answer, ‘I don’t know I’ve never had to do it’. Foolishly asked him about something else regarding DVLA and additional driving licence changes, his response, ‘ don’t try to be clever’. Disgusted!! One thing for sure. NEVER AGAIN!!
As the majority of my family live in either America and Australia, I am frequently visiting the Post Office with parcels or cards I need to send. On several occasions I've needed advice or help, and the young lady behind the counter called Marie has helped me tremendously. She's always super friendly and happy to help, I wish staff in other shops were more like her.
I've been using this post office for almost 6 years now since I moved to Filey and they're always very friendly and helpful. They have some really pretty gifts and a very good selection of greetings cards too.
Went for support with passport amendment. A lovely lady sorted it all for me, she was very informative about the process and timescales. Sorted the photo and paperwork. She made the whole process seamless. Thank You

The most arrogant and rude postmaster I have dealt with. I used this post office on two occasions in the last two weeks an and both times he was so clever in his attitude, he should have more respect for his customers.
