Attended at 5.20pm to be told post is shut. This is contrary to what website and post office advertise. 3rd post office I've tried to go to today. All closed at random times. No one with an explanation. Moving post offices to convince stores isn't as convenient as you would expect.
Telephone is unmanned - even though the website shows it is within their opening hours - and you do not get an option to leave a message either, just told by a recording to phone back later. I have been trying for two days to get through to find out what documents I need to bring in to renew a driving licence! If I had an alternative, I wouldn't be using this post office at all!!
Great local post office the staff are very helpful and though sometimes busy the queues move quickly

Received an “unable to deliver” card through my door due to being out. I attended at Muir St Sorting office Motherwell to collect the parcel to discover it was closed. I was there at 1308 hrs Closed at 1300 hrs. The card put through my door did not indicate opening/closing times, so I was less than happy I had made a worthless journey. Get your act together Royal Mail, and inform your customers properly. Total bunch of amateurs.
I have actually stopped using this service as the customer service is shocking. Overcharging. Large letters are almost always classed as a parcel at this post office. Basically so they can over charge. Staff are unpleasant, unhelpful and lacking any customer service skills.. Bring back our Main Post Office with trained, skilled staff, customer service, that actually helped the public.. Actually having to travel to Bellshill Post Office due to this store being so unhelpful and over charging.
Post office website says open till 5:30. Opening times in the store says open till 6. Went in to the branch and it closes at 5.
the guys that work in the post office are so helpful and very nice and pleasant they do a great job
