Really bizarre experience similar to some of the other negative reviews on here. Half a review really since we never got to have our dog groomed. My husband made the appointment weeks in advance and so we turned up 10 minutes early for our 3.30 appointment. Was met by a rather shouty, very flustered lady firstly shouting ‘I’m busy!’ then reluctantly dragging herself out from the back room with a ‘what do you want?’. I explained we had an appointment. ‘No you don’t’ she said. I explained my husband made the appointment and she offered to show me her book to show she wasn’t lying. At this point even if my appointment materialised I wouldn’t of been happy leaving my dog with her anyway, so just walked out. Can’t comment on the quality of her work but based on her mad attitude and the other similar negative comments I certainly wouldn’t recommend. It was like some hidden camera sketch how dramatic she was I kept thinking Ant and Dec were going to pop out!
My mother in law took her dog for first time. The dog is an older bichon frise who has problems with her hips and eyes. The owner of the shop was extremely sympathetic and reassuring that she would look after her. When we picked her up she looked and smelled beautiful. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and gave us some tips for her eyes. We will be returning.
Took my little long haired chihuahua in to be groomed and her nails clipped. She came out beautiful! She's been done exactly the way I wanted it. She looks gorgeous. She'll be going again for sure and will recommend anyone who are struggling to find a good groomers to go to this one. Lovely customer service too and reasonably priced.
