Absolute disgrace of a practice, the staff in the reception are the most vile human beings I've had the misfortune of coming across, ignorant and abusive towards patients. The receptionist Suzy was abusive and aggressive towards my wife who suffers mentally and has anxiety problems to which the practice manager when brought to her attention brushed it aside saying that Suzy had had a bad phone call and that's why she was abusive to my wife and then proceeded to ask my wife not to come near the practice for a few days. I had asked for an emergency appointment for my wife whose anxiety at this point had gone into overdrive and I was told would be passed onto the Dr. But I guess it wasn't important enough as we are still waiting a day later. The most unprofessional people to be in the medical profession.
Can’t get through to them on the phone. I have been on hold for so long in the past that I put my phone on speaker and drove to the surgery. I walked into the reception with the phone in my hand. Phone ringing at reception and receptionist giving me the dirtiest look. All that was over a space of 40mins.nShe then answered the phone and realised it was me standing at the desk who was ringing.nShe then slammed down the phone and told me ‘Our phones are down today.’nI haven’t heard that excuse since the Eighties.
Great friendly staff, limited hours so check first. Excellent care.
Rang after 2 for blood results as instructed by staff. Rang at 215 and was told emergency only calls by a rude woman. Just as well it wasn't an emergency. Took her 25 minutes to answer. Maybe the cake trolley was near her
NEVER OPEN, NEVER ANSWER PHONE. USELESSnnTrying to phone your doctor here feels similar to an MI5 operation to have a conversation with the prime minister. If you don’t ring on the exact chosen hour they are open that day, you’re out of luck.nnVery annoying how they don’t just stay open throughout the day like every other service/business in the entire world. But no, they will open 9-11, close then reopen at 2? What is that about? Does everyone’s medical issues just go on hold whilst the entire medical centre team go enjoy their lunch with each other? Funny how businesses that provide a much less priority service will work round the clock and do shift patterns to ensure the business doesn’t close.nnWouldn’t be surprised if the team holds hands with each other when walking over to their cars.nnOnce you somehow manage to get an appointment, the doctors are great
