I recently had a number of visits to the ptacrice after I had symptoms of a condition which is common for my age. I was seen very promptly and was very grateful for the time,effort and care Docror Brown and the other medical staff gave me. In particular any anxiety or concerns I had were diminished by the fact that things were explained very clearly to me. Big thank you to you all.
Dont understand why they randomly close for 3 hours during the day when people need to speak with their doctor. And if youre lucky enough to get through to them they dont answer the phone.
Fantastic medical center, the staff and doctors are wonderful compassionate people, who wholeheartedly do their best. It's by far the best medical center I have been registered with. I am personally very grateful for their deadication and patience through this pandemic. Thank you to all the staff there, yous all do a great job!! 5*
NEVER OPEN, NEVER ANSWER PHONE. USELESS Trying to phone your doctor here feels similar to an MI5 operation to have a conversation with the prime minister. If you don’t ring on the exact chosen hour they are open that day, you’re out of luck. Very annoying how they don’t just stay open throughout the day like every other service/business in the entire world. But no, they will open 9-11, close then reopen at 2? What is that about? Does everyone’s medical issues just go on hold whilst the entire medical centre team go enjoy their lunch with each other? Funny how businesses that provide a much less priority service will work round the clock and do shift patterns to ensure the business doesn’t close. Wouldn’t be surprised if the team holds hands with each other when walking over to their cars. Once you somehow manage to get an appointment, the doctors are great
The new doctors are very caring and thorough!...They make sure you get the treatment you need when you need it!... The precautions taken during this Covid crisis are necessary yet the staff go that extra mile to get you seen by a doctor! Grateful to everyone at the Mill Road Practice...
Cathy and Colette are an absolute joke... Medical center should ruin a recruitment drive and get people in that want to help, deal with enquiries and actually be nice on the phone. Just more paper pushers trying to have a high powered job when there fit for nothing.... Another failing NHS servicr should work based on commission. Outstanding service as always, lol
Never answer phone getting repeat prescription is a absolute nightmare there treatment of the elderly is appallingshame onto
Staff brilliant, a year ago not so good but they've turned that completely on its head. Staff go above and beyond, so helpful
Always helpful staff should it be in person or on the phone. Any Doctor I have seen have all been excellent.
wow. did elective GP posting here back in 2010. all the stafss were great and welcoming. hope they still remember me.
