I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company - the driver had just been paid, and then he reversed into a low garden wall at the side of my house, causing considerable damage - when I rang a few days later to give him an reasonable estimate for the wall repair, he refused to pay - he said that he had done £200 damage to his own car, and he would pay for my wall if I paid for the damage to his car!!!! - also stated that I should have warned him about the low wall !!! -  totally unreasonable.
Turned out to be an extremely expensive taxi ride home
