My eldest son loves coming here as he is a MASSIVE Pompey supporter.Everytime we are down from BEDFORD we come here. He bought the third shirt. Looks awesome on him. Good choice of club clothing and memorabilia. Always friendly and happy staff.

Staff could be a bit more friendly but they are ok overall and they did help me when I had a problem with what I ordered. Would happily shop there again. Pup.

Lovely shop. Beautiful presentation. Very polite staff, who aren't that fast though take sandwiches.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I brought an online e gift card 10 days ago they took the money out of my account and I got email confirmation but I have not received the voucher, I emailed them about it but got no reply I have phoned the store and was told the manager would call me back and they never did I called again and left a message and have been ignored It’s disgusting and I am now out of pocket and something that was supposed to be a nice gift for someone doesn’t even get I would never buy anything from here ever again

Seems like very bad shop management.  No hats at all in stock since December - clearly popular retro tops not being restocked. I want you to take my money, but you don't want to stock your stock.  Shame.

Great shop needs to.be bigger get more stock in.

Nothing compares to the passion and love US Pompey fans have for our club. The store is a very decent size with a wide range of merchandise available, nothing beats the smell of getting your fresh newly name and number on your shirt. Bring me back to when I was a kid. However it’s the staff that makes this store feel so welcoming. I once quickly went into the store to grab a Bday card. They allowed me to bring my big gentle giant dog inside and all the staff made a huge fuss over him. He was also given a free Pompey pin badge for his collar! Money simply can’t buy that experience. I must admit the only downside is outside doesn’t offer many parking spots. However parking over the curb for a few minutes won’t hurt. Also the pricing is very high, but I understand this isn’t due to Portsmouth it’s due to the make and very high quality of products on offer. Any football/non football fan should give this store a visit. You won’t be disappointed

Great service as usual in the Pompey shop

Purchased a shirt, sadly said shirt arrived in a damaged state. Emailed the store regarding this and got a pompous email back essentially telling me how to remove a tag from a shirt, which was interesting to say the least. Figured I'd be having a difficult time with it all after speaking on the phone initially as I was clearly wasting someone's time who was terribly busy and important. Won't be bothering PFC with my money again.
