Very diappointed with the way in which council is handling parking. Some areas are free for all and the other areas have restrictions for residents only/ pay at meter. This is creating an influx of visitors parking in free spaces that the locals use and making people park on double yellow lines etc., Now the parking enforcement wardens have an extension to issue tickets till 2am(Before shift used to end at 7-8pm). I do not see the logic in this decision to extend the parking warden timings when the issue of parking has not been resolved in the first place. The people making strategic decisions for parking should think about wider impact on the local residents. Can do better in my openion.

The worst place on planet Earth. especially the Licensing Department with the fat girl at the reception who always eats doughnuts . Full of racists people. OMG. what is wrong with you .you people from PORTSMOUTH. ..why are you all racists .....you low life .

When applying for a taxi badge be prepared for them to treat you like you work for the them, more than happy for you to sit and wait a few hours, and not give u correct information so you make numerous trips to the office for the Same thing! And you have any to pay a small fortune to enjoy all of the above. Joke.

Let's charge people loads of money in council tax and not even give them a plastic wheelie bin. Then I can throw my waste in the street for the giant rats to feed on. Then pay a contract cleaning company to clean up all the waste in the street due to the bags becoming split from vermin getting in. That's a wonderful plan, great thinking !
