I dread having to visit this shop staff are very unwelcoming and rude. Also check how much your items cost the man who served me tried to over charge my daughter buying small toys with her pocket money I’m glad I checked the prices as he tried to charge her nearly double.

The old female operator is freaking rude,  super unfriendly and unhelpful. I've just bought a card and try to write down some sentences on the front desk to post it. The old bloody woman told the old guy " Get him away from here", and thought I don't get it. Horrible!! Therefore, I recommend not buying and posting anything from their shop.. it'd even better just skip this over-comercialised small town.

They were so accommodating and even gave me pointers on how to save on shipping. I'd go there again and I recommend to others.

I gave one of the employees 9 postcards to send to Denmark and Germany. They were ready with stamps, but here 6 weeks later non of them has arrived.

Customers of this small, cramped & over-commercialised (since the current operators took over some months ago) little 'shop' would do well to guard their money at the counter.  When I tried to pay £20.00 cash (their receipt copied herewith), the male operator told me that giro forms - which I offered - were no longer used.  After 8-10 minutes apparent cogitation as I waited, he said he would send the money via Transcash.  He had no actual T/c forms & didn't know if any of the three local banks had them either.  All this time I stood with an arm actually brushing the keypad through which the cash could have been paid into any bank, immediately!  But he said nothing & took the money.  It never reached my bank.  Since then I have deliberately used the keypad method & the money went straight through. With the 'missing' £20.00 though, I had to call my bank who copied the problem to Portree PO, without any response.  Eventually a formal complaint to RM produced an enquiry - but still no trace of the funds..  So they sent me a cheque for the amount..  Just what that new man did with my two tenners, one wonders, - & wonders!  I'll not trust either of this couple blindly again - indeed should anyone..?
