After 2 years of looking, we finally found the house most suitable for us and in one of our preferred roads. Chelsea and Jay were very friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with them. In fact, each time we visited the office on Woodford High Road, the all the staff made us feel most welcome. The move went smoothly, and we are now happily settled in our new home.

We recently bought our new house through Portico. We received an excellent service from Chelsea. Thank you very much! Great communication, extremely helpful and she made the process as stress free as possible. Highly recommend.

We are just days away from collecting the keys for our first house which we found through Portico. We had almost an immediate response at all times for all our queries which made the process smooth and clear. We had a chance to meet David and Sean, they both are great and supportive! Highly recommended!

Awfully service, staff full of lies. I’ve tried to rent a house for them for 2 couples and they had one, I had a viewing put the deposit down and after all the checking done they asked me in an email to pay the rest of the money so I can have the keys next day, paid the money next day the landlord changed his mind and I’ve tried to get my money back for a month and they haven’t. I was desperate cause I lost my rent from my other house so I was living in the hotel. What they’ve done they showed me a different house wich I was happy with cause I’ve paid already 3619£ and I was desperate. We moved in and now my landlord is trying to evict me because they have not told him that 2 couples are living in the house. DO NOT USE

I have used Portico twice in the last year. I have dealt with Jay, Sean, David and Chelsea. They were professional and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Both properties were sold quickly and the service they provided was first class. They were great with communicating with solicitors and buyers.
