Went here with a friend for the Wave £40 voucher Sept last year. We didn't have a starter and went straight to the main. Food was lovely and hot and the portions generous. I had chicken with a mango sauce which was unfortunately so sweet it took away some of the enjoyment of the meal. We had desserts to go (which was handy) but they were expensive and all bought in. The waitress was cheerful and a delight every time she came around though. The venue itself was a typical pub and nothing special. All in all a very pleasant meal, but nothing overly special.

Just had a lovely evening at the porterhouse. Really nice food and friendly staff. Live music was good too. Recommended.
