Lovely, local place to walk the dog and kids. Little childrens parks at both ends. The bay is good for crabbing, full of rocks and shells, good shoes would be beneficial. Great views, especially sunset. Portchester Castle is along the walk, there's a boat club, a cafe at the church, and an ice cream van outside.

Great people running it. Great tenants.

Good access, gated and secure, nice and quiet, people are friendly if not a little nosey.
