I attended X-ray department today for intimate scan and sonography person was absolutely horrible… she made very personal examination deeply traumatic… horrendous experience!!!! Wednesday 3rd September 2025 09.40 am
the family planing clinicnfelt rushed and added onto the stress, as I was having complications and had to come for help, staff member I was with gave blunt responses and didn’t seem to understand my concerns as I needed options advice and reassurance but each query I had seemed like a burden. although my options may have been limited having a staff member give more explanation could have eased my worries
Visited the orthopaedic clinic today, service were excellent. Staff were caring and professional. Dr was exceptional. Have previously had private health care and seriously felt the care and attention i received today was superior in every way, many thanks Pauline O’Malley
I don't know what sort of illness you'd actually need to have to get an appointment with a doctor in there. And how can you not make an appointment for another day in the week. The organisation of the whole place has become absolutely awful since covid.
You can never get through will that's what my doctors practice is like. I no others who get through to there doctors an or called back with in 30 to 40 mins later an then or seen. But not mine O'connor an Morgan. Cause for three days I got nothing an this morning it took 50 mins to answer the phone an 86 attempts that was at 8.30 until 9.10 an was given a call back it's 5.40 in the evening an still no call back yet . Very professional . Need to find out how to change practice. This is all the time
