Awful customer service, left with concrete floors. Lifted old carpet because they said they’d be here and fitter was a no show. When I rang through to shop all I got were excuses. Waste of time and money
Worst customer service I have ever received from the moment I walked through the door the staff seemed not to bothered to serve me and another girl charging out of the office giving a customer a hard time for parking in the car park and telling them it’s a private car park and to move on.... not very customer friendly in times of a recession think I’ll go to chatworths in future
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Terrible was in it 15 mins not one came near me will never be back.
As soon as I walked in there was someone come over right away, I says I will have a look and then come and get you. As soon as I made up my mind the chap could not be more helpful. I got the carpets and fitting at a reasonable price.
They have a great range, really competitively priced and the customer service is excellent.
