I have given Port Talbot Sea Cadets two canoes to help them build up their 'fleet'. They appear to be a strong well run organisation which attracts a number of local children and instills via their naval based activities, on land and water, disciplines and skills that are sure to help them as they grow into adulthood. I wish them well
