Yes, the place was clean and tidy no drama in the exit not many taxis no bus service I was going to Newcastle railway station had to walk 4 km to the meto station with a heavy bag, no ideal if you were elderly, quite disappointed when I asked the lady bus driver on bus 74 about how to get there and she said they had to walk to the metro but then in the way there to the metro, the bus pass by me which I thought she could’ve said i’ll drop you off halfway at the nearest point I was not the only one if you read this bus company pay attention

Great for fred olsen cruises. Very efficient. Staff very friendly. Check in process very smooth and quick. Luggage taken from car and placed in cabin. Would cruise again from Newcastle without hesitation.

Port of Tyne is a striking and dynamic waterfront spot worth seeing.

Recently started using the origin fertiliser here and I must say one of the best run places in the country.

Easy to access. Good parking facilities especially for those picking up or dropping off. Well maintained.  Staff pleasant and helpful. A real asset to the North East.
