Absolutely brilliant, but the staff are the best part. It’s a beautiful play area with reading nook, toddlers area and larger climbing frame with slide. Kids loved it. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were really understanding when one of my children had an accident. Will be back again soon.
6th birthday party - children had a fantastic time with a wizard showing them magic and mixing potions. The play area had a brilliant fantasy-land theme that really elevates it above the other soft plays I've visited. Staff were friendly as well, can't wait to visit again!
Love the concept but could be a lot better.nAlthough reasonably clean inside apart from the hanging decorations that needed a good dust.nParking was a challenge and not child friendly as in the middle of a industrial estate.nPrice for entry ok. Prices for drinks really expensive.nKids safe inside and inner door bolted.nHowever music was odd felt like we were in a jazz bar and atmosphere stifled in general.nTables at an oddly low level compared to the chairs so eating was difficult. Lots of excessive signs up.nCould be warmer welcomed there.nInside looked tired and needs a refresh.
Booked our time slot as required.nA few other families were present but it wasn't crowded so there were no queues for any of the activities.nThe staff members were very friendly and chatted with our children. Tables and counter area were regularly wiped clean and we enjoyed our coffee and sandwiches.nGreat few hours out.
quaint not too big, lovely wooden theme, very clean, new things, nice staff.nnot massive but nice.nlove the little wooden houses and play centres.nbetter for smaller kids than teenagers.
