Out standing professionally

DON'T GO HERE!

Went to get my late Nan's will and wouldn't give a copy i even had written permission from next of king and verbal permission. Even wouldn't hand it over when i took next of king in to see them to get it.

This is disrespectful! I am trying to grief for my Nan and this is what they go and do. So being serious they are terrible here and do not do their job properly.
