Just moved into my house and I have French doors out to my garden and the mechanism inside had completely rusted and broken. This meant my doors would not lock once I had opened them. Andy came, assessed the situation and very quickly sorted it for me after ordering the parts specifically. Cannot rate him high enough! Exceptional quality and pride taken in what he does. Very reliable and arrives when he says he will.

I phoned Andy to ask him to attend a property as the tenants were locked out. The job was done and he called at my own house to update me all within 35 minutes on a Saturday evening. Fantastic service and would use again and highly recommend to others.

Andy's service was brilliant. I had a locksmith come to my house before Andy and make an absolute mess of the door handle. I rang him up and he refused to help anymore or replace the handle. Andy ordered a handle for me at a decent price and came and fitted it at a convenient time for myself. He was genuine, sympathetic of my situation and really helped. I highly recommend Pooles locksmiths Much appreciated.  Laura.

Pity they don’t have more stars to give, an excellent service at a reasonable price, and clean and tidy job. Was here in double quick time and I would highly recommend him to anyone 💯%

I messaged Andy in a mad panic on Boxing Day afternoon; my back patio door handle had broken,  the handle was loose and I couldn't open the door. We were going on holiday and were worried the house wouldn't be secured.
Andy messaged me back straight away and assured me the door was secure.  He came early the next morning to give us access though the door, to be able to lock it and ordered the part needed.  He came the next day to fit it in less than half an hour.  Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was open and honest about the price before he did the job, I wasn't charged for call out or premium hours.
Very pleased would highly recommend Andy  - thank you
