Arrived at approx 5-25pm today at Poole. I had on this occasion needed to us the Toilets.. Well the Station Manager I hope is thoroughly ashamed they are in a word dreadful filthy, I don't think the sinks have been cleaned for months. And generally in terrible state and ought to be labbled health hazard and locked. How on earth can we Welcome visitors, friends to Poole with this kind of facility, come on Railway Services you can do better. Much Better...... Bob

Horrible station, nowhere to buy water or use a toilet in the evening.

Very disappointed that the supervisor at the station would not authorise a taxi to replace the cancelled train to Southampton airport. If we waited until the next train which was also delayed we would have missed our flights. Had to pay £70 for a taxi. The guy in the ticket was very nice though.
