Never answer there phone, I try when they open all the way through to lunch time so get an emergency appointment and never get an answer. Then when I go in there all standing around chatting while the phone is ringing, the receptionists all need to be sacked or trained on customer service. Absolutely appuling behaviour, not fit to be working for the NHS.
Never answers the phone rang from 4.00pm till 5 regarding a serious question but no answer.. even though it says on Google that it doesn't shut untill 6.30pm.. Also went a few weeks ago for them to send a form off to the hosptial to get an appointment at royal glamorgan. When I rang the hosptial today query where my appointment letter was they said they have not received the papers needed.. and for me to ring to ask them to fax the papers over urgently, but again no luck getting an answer!!! Disgraceful!!
I been there 3-4 weeks ago for emegency dentist. I had a tooth extraction and today the gum still not closed and I found a piece of tooth in the gum. NHS can have good professionals but there are some who need to improve in their work.

When I called them they answered my phone call and the emergency dentist was good and professional
