Avoid at all costs.nnIt’s a nightmare to get an appointment, they tell you to ring back another day if you’re trying to get a fit note and they’ve had insurance forms in for over 10 weeks preventing me from claiming.nIt’s evident that they simply do not care about their patients.
I try my best not to visit Dr's unless I absolutely have to as I have severe white coat syndrome. I have been over 30th in the queue for over 55 minutes. This is not acceptable all I want to see is the nursing practitioner.
After fighting to get a GP appointment and waiting 3 weeks, they have cancelled my GP appointment two weeks in a row due to staff sickness. Something is going very wrong at this surgery since they combined. It really needs sorting out. We are going to move to another practice we have had enough.
Awful. Delayed my operation due to not being truthful. Told me nurse was on hols and she wasnt. They even refused a fit note for my operation. Stay away. They are just political zellots care more about what gov wants rather than patient care. I now refuse to see a GP . Both my parents died because they refused to see a GP I will probably be next . My shrink wants me to liaise with them . No I won't . Only time they showed they might care is when I picked up my prescription and told receptionist that I would rather be sanctioned that ask for a sick note off them . I am disabled.
So today I called for an appointment and the receptionist said that I would receive a phone call I expressed to her that I wanted to see a doctor at the surgery she then proceeded to sigh and grunt at me on the phone. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I understand that it can be stressful in the GP but moan in a back room not directly infrount of the patient. I wish management would sort these girls out as majority of the bad reviews reflect on them. Do better!
