Very dissipointed with my experience, got given 1 hour session gift card for my birthday (cost £25). Appointment booked for 11, got there at 10:45. When it hit 11, I had too fill out form which ran into my session, after the form was finished and all my clothes were off ready too go it was approximately 11:10/11:15. The masseuse that I requested, did not take the session, which I was dissipointed about but did not bother me that much at that point. Told the massuse that I had bad pains in my neck and shoulders, and slight pain in thights, once session actually started a lot of time was worked on my thights then I was left too relax for 5minutes which I didn't really want cause it was just time wasting, then my back got worked on for about 10 minutes where the majority of it a machine was just rubbed on me hardly no handwork done on the muscles. My shoulders were hardly touched which is where I've got the pain and my neck was not touched at all which is where I had a lot of pain. Then I was told, it was all done, still feeling a lot of pain in my neck I say "what should I do about the pain in my neck" the massure replied "it won't go away straight away so keep stretching it and put an ice pack on it". (Somewhere along those lines) Of course it won't go away if you haven't layed a finger on it. Left the place still feeling a lot of pain, and frustration knowing I feel the exactly same way coming out as I did going in Then once I got too my car I realised it was 11:52, so I finished my session about 11:50 meaning I only got approximately 40 minutes worth of something that I dont believe I can call a sports massarge.
