Every appointment I have scheduled months in advance since 2021 has been cancelled by restore, last minute due to an “emergency” or staff holiday do not look after regular patients and reception staff are rude and very abrupt. Very poor service received by myself, family and friends for a long period of time would not recommend currently looking for a new practice!
I’m so pleased to have found this dentist after being without for 2 years. Staff are very friendly and Dr Alkhafaji is excellent. He pays close attention to detail and put all my nerves at ease. I had to have fillings while pregnant and he made sure to check I was okay throughout. I don’t know what I was worrying about!
Had an appointment with my son yesterday,receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The dentist was good at keeping my nervous son calm. Very nice practice.

An absolutely ridiculous service I received personally and I spoken to somebody else today, who was also massively dissatisfied with their dental appointment. So I thought I'd warn off others who thinking of going here!
I am so thrilled I have discovered Restore Dental Group, the service and attention to detail demonstrates the professionalism of the staff compared to our last dentist practice. The friendly care and advice I received from Dr Krista Sutton and Dental Assiatant Paige made me feel confident I was in good hands. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist as a good dentist practice is difficult to find.
Myself and my family have been at this practice Ponthir for many years and have always had excellent experiences with them. Today I attended for an emergency appointment which was booked promptly by staff which was reassuring during these times and given the urgency required for my appointment. The practice is easy to find and accessible. It is always very clean and appropriate safety measures were in place throughout COVID-19 related. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Richard dentist was also very welcoming and made me feel at ease during my appointment. He explained everything very well and his expertise was acknowledge! I required an x-ray and a wisdom tooth to be removed which was all done during today's appointment. The x-ray was taken by Laura practice manager who was very professional and explained the x-ray requirements and procedure in depth. The removal of my tooth followed which was very quick and completely pain-free which really took me by surprise. I was so pleased and thankful for this. The dental nurse Isabelle was really friendly and chatty which made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I can't thank Richard and all the staff at Ponthir enough!! Amazing job! I highly recommend this practice!
This has been our family dentist for the past several years and have always received excellent service. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Keep up the great work !
I have been a patient since the olden days about 20 years and it has been consistently going downhill since the Restore Group took over. Highlights include very aggressive cross-selling, stroppiness when I decline unnecessary x-rays, poor treatment that cost me two teeth and my appointments repeatedly being cancelled and then me getting texts informing I am not having regular appointments! How can I when you keep cancelling them?? My mother has also just received disturbingly poor service and a really dismissive response to her complaint so we, my sister, her husband and 4 kids are all going elsewhere.
My only constructive criticism/feedback to mention is to make text message alerts for appointment reminders and maybe even confirmation a permanent service option. People who claim that the ladies on reception are childish, rude, aggressive, etc surprise me because I have never had any negative interaction with any of them. And I guess I am lucky to have a polite, professional, caring dentist.
