Fantastic helpful Staff when I went into shop on 4th January 2023 .

Absolute shambles from start to finish... The only recommendation I would give is to steer clear... receipts and tickets didn’t match. wrong dates on tickets. flights that don't exist even though we questioned it numerous times and we got advised we couldn’t see the flight becouse it was fully booked !! Standard bungalow rooms booked given economy block of flats becouse that is what they put on final tickets three separate families holidays ruined... Never again !!
Love Polka Dot Travel, staff so friendly and helpful, went on most fantastic holiday to South Africa for 18 days, everything perfect from start to finish, this year of to Jamaica for 14 days, so looking forward to it. Very good price's, convenient in town, would recomend highly A*
