Police always have their great service but I have noticed in many places in Scotland people riding bicycles without light in dark and sometimes they wear totally black dress. Some people don’t even bother to wear Hi viz waist and never seen the police stopped them and give some warning that it’s illegal to ride bike without light in a public road...!! In Stirling town it’s many....!
