No one was there in the information hub but a bell, which I rang. A beautiful lady came out and attended me, told me to wait for a minute and again went inside. I kept on waiting for several minutes(around 15 minutes or more) another lady came from outside just like I came in and asked if someone is seeing me; I stated my situation and she rang the bell. The beautiful lady came out and gave me two pieces of paper( a regular form, which took 15 minutes for her to be collected). I was not disappointed, quite indifferent I was feeling. Place was nice, tidy and quiet.
