Great experience the actors made it special for everyone . The hot chocolate was great the cookies were great.nI had premium tickets and in our railcard there was a toilet if needed. There was a toilet trailer upon the entrance of the station event.nnThere was a vendor for snacks and coffee but you cant take anything on the ridennI would recommend going at a time where its still light.nnYou should definitely wear pj's if you dont want to get made fun of playfully by the actors.nnThe premium ticket gets you parking on site infront of entrance, there will be traffic Marshalllers to guide you in and check your ticket.nnAt the end there will be a gift shop.
Went today Saturday with my family and had a fantastic experience. We were in vixen carriage and thought it was an excellent immersive theatre style experience. Despite our youngest being poorly and feeling miserable the staff all managed to make her feel better by interacting with her and checking in on her throughout the show. The energy and enthusiasm from all the cast was fab and the storytelling brilliant. Realy enjoyed it and definitely kept the Christmas spirit alive and well in our kids and adults of our party. Thank you for starting our Christmas off in style.
Went to the Polar express last weekend! The whole experience was completely magical!! The actors were phenomenal! Had the best night EVER!! And kept the Christmas magic and belief alive for my 9 year old! We absolutely loved it! Pyjamas are definitely a must! We nearly didn’t but we’re so pleased we changed our minds!
First time on the polar express, we were on Donner, 21st dec 4:45 arrival time. The actors were so good!!! They really included my daughters too. My expectations are always high being a huge Christmas fan, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience as did my 2 girls. Kudos to the actors, fab atmosphere. Even the security guard who took our photo inside was funny, and left a selfie on my phone which we had a giggle at when we got back home! Will definitely be returning next year!
Omg this was such a fantastic experience, my 3 year old daughter completely believed she was going to the north pole. Even us adults felt the magic of Christmas and got really into the experience. We were in Donner carriage on the 17:00 showing, the actors were absolutely amazing, they can sing, dance and were very approachable. If you want to meet santa, see a panto and get into the magic of Christmas then this is must. We will definitely be back next year.
