Had a great time on the polar express in Norfolk. It was easy to find as we're from Suffolk. It was a good journey. We got there and parked. Went on to the station. Went into a big marquee. Watched a little show singing and dancing. Grandchildren really enjoyed it. We then got onto the train, had a cocoa and a biscuit and sung along with the characters on the train. The conductor, the chefs, the elves and father for Christmas. All great interactive characters. Thoroughly enjoyed it. We all got a bell golden ticket and we all had a great time. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it. We went all the way to the North pole and back in about an hour and a half. It was very enjoyable and even the adults got involved, oh yeah and we all had to wear pyjamas of course. Such a great evening. Then we get off the train. Went to the shop and we came home with great memories and a great experience
Great fun for all ages. Well put together and very interactive with the characters on the way to the North Pole in the hope of seeing Father Christmas. On board hot chocolate and cookies as the story unfolds as you travel along the lovely countryside.nGood fun, good entertainment and good value. Thanks to everyone involved
Absolutely fabulous experience for all the family and a great way to stay your Christmas. The staff/ characters where all Amazing they made our our experience such a memorable one . We will be returning next year with the grandchildren and friends . Well done to all involved in this
Absolutely incredible experience, worth every penny! We had the most magical time. The performers and all staff were amazing and so lovely. We were in Dancer carriage and honestly, hats off to every person playing the characters in that carriage because they were fantastic. They really made it an unforgettable experience and truly magical. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go again!!!
Had the most Amazing time from start to finish, the characters really do bring the polar express to life & memorable. Young children & Adults alike really enjoyed themselves & got into the Christmas Spirit on board the Polar Express. Receiving your bell from Santa is the most magical & emotional thing that happens on this journey, Guaranteed you will not be disappointed.
