Never again! It has been a rocky start given that my appointment was at 1.00 but I waited for 2.30 hours before it was my turn. I had the Brazilian Keratin treatment that was supposed to last for 12 weeks but it didn't last not even for one as soon as I washed my hair it became curly again. Tried to contact her who hasn't tried to fix it. It was a really disappointed experience and the lady COMPLETELY unprofessional.
