We went there on Easter Friday and they had a lovely live music session we really enjoyed. Staff was very friendly, the hake dish was amazing. Not many ingredients but very refreshing dish. It’s across the bakewell bridge and having a walk through their was also a good memory to see the scenery.
Restaurant with very trendy Decor and excellent food. Service slow, but very good nonetheless. Perfect after a day in Bakewell.

Nice outdoor seating by the river! The scotch egg is the best I have had, thin and tasty crust with perfectly cooked egg.
Lively, spacious, stylish. Overall really well designed, set out, and managed by the table staff. Food was delicious and the menu more varied than alternatives in the town. However, a 40min wait for mains when at c.50% capacity on a Friday night could probably be improved on. Others waiting ages too!

An excellent restaurant in the heart of the Peak District. Great range of food on an interesting and varied European menu. Attentive service and an uparket ambience. Prices are fairly high, but not unreasonable for the standard of cuisine. Highly recommended.
What an awesome place. Great - no - superb food and service. Will visit again. Check out the grey wagtail nest in the mill stream window whilst you dine. Entertained by a breeding pair. Totally and utterly recommended.
