I should have seen the warnings when they gave us a very low quote. The workers turned up two hours late, and instead of stripping and replacing our fascia’s just nailed plastic ones on top. This is not what we asked for and they laughed at my husband when he challenged them! Luckily my husband caught them out and asked them to leave our property. We had to borrow a ladder from a neighbour to replace our roof tiles they had moved. This was very stressful and has taken me a year to write as they were not friendly at all. How they have so many good reviews is beyond me. I was told the worker had a warning apparently he was having a bad day.
