Best hotel experience in London, possibly in all my travels actually! Lorraine at the front desk made sure I was comfortable and apart from being super beautiful was super attentive and sweet. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and modern. The location was perfect to walk to local stores and restaurants. I will return there every visit to London!!! Thank you!

Great location and friendly welcome. My friend made the booking as we needed to find a good value hotel in the area at short notice. We had a twin room in the basement which was very small with no window but we weren't bothered as we were going to only be using the room to sleep. The door to the shower room and toilet was kind of see through and offered no sound insulation - luckily we are very good friends! 😂 unfortunately neither of us managed to get a lot of sleep as the room was hot and stuffy, the beds were small and not very comfortable and the walls were paper thin. The experience was a little reminiscent of travelling by sleeper train. As hotels go it did the job more or less. The place was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful but for me the most important thing in a hotel is the bed and unfortunately the mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable.

Located just off the side of Liverpool Street, you're a stone's throw from all of the top London sights. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room itself was very compact, but that is made clear on the website. The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely. Got a bit warm in the night but simply lowered the room temp, which is a handy feature. I chose a room with no window, but this was perfectly fine for me as any window you have in London would just stare at another building! :) Overall, very lovely visit. The hotel is perfect for a brief stay :)

Small but nice room. Bathroom handwash dried out my skin. Would be nice if hand lotion was included. Air conditioning unit made strange rattling noises. These stopped after a while. The vent on the opposite side of the room was loud throughout my stay. I could also hear conversations through the walls in the late evening. It's a good price for London. If you're intending to spend most of your time in a hotel room, this place may not be ideal.

I stayed here a few weeks back on a Friday night with a friend and it was horrific, there was a gang of people in the street, from the hotel drunk playing music loud and drinking on the steps. It was very very intimidating. Avoid if you want a quiet break.
