Amazing place! Music enthusiasts paradise! They have every instrument you could imagine! Hundreds of guitar which are available to try. We had demos from staff on an amp and also a guitar. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and once we had been shown the kit my son was allowed to have a try with no sales pressure!!! I liked that they didn't try to up sale us to spend more money that we didn't need to! We spent over an hour browsing and could have easily spent more time there.
Lots of products to choose from and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff will give you advice, they don’t give you a hard sell and they give you time to check out a few options and narrow it down to what you want so that you’re happy with your purchase.
Went to PMT for a mini lab they had showing on their website but it was not available in store which was disappointing so make a note of this if you are expecting to collect an item the same day. Staff left me to my own device's for a good minutes looking at alternative mini keyboards before asking of I needed help. They was well educated on the products and I ended up taking an alternative mpk
Love this place! Great selection, which is hard to find in a physical music shop these days, and great service. I went in to get a new acoustic recently, and Ben was really helpful, getting out all the ones I wanted to try and suggesting ideas too. I was given space to try them freely but well looked after when I had questions. I've also been in to try and buy basses and electric guitars before, and have always had a good experience.
I've been coming to you guys for over 20 years and you've always been excellent. I bought quite a few bits of decent gear from you based on your always reliable recommendations and ceaselessly patient demonstrations. I'd particularly like to give a big shout out for Luke on whose recommendation I've just taken delivery of an RCF932A which is fantastic. ordered of course from yourselves. Luke is very engaging, extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic asset to PMT. Deserves plenty of praise and credit. Cheers Andy.
We were helped by a young guy claiming to be the manager, however I’m not sure how such a guy was able to become a manager when his complete lack of hygiene was abhorrent. It was the first thing my entire family commented on upon leaving the store. It was very off putting and we just wanted to escape the convo as soon as we could. The rest of the staff were great, wish there was slightly more stock available as would be expected from a big city centre store though.
Absolutely fantastic place with loads of fine guitars, amps, keyboards, drums etc. Staff are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I looked at many acoustic guitars and there was no pressure to buy. I wanted to look at a Gibson J200 but none in Stock but they did take my number to let me know when they next get one in, looked at some amazing Taylor’s but spoilt for choice and need to do some homework on the many different models/prices etc. Top notch guitars. I will definitely be back and will buy a guitar or two from them in the near future.

Everyone is here is so kind, clever, accommodating and brilliant. Perfect for any music lover. Zach really went the extra mile in terms of tips with home production etc, he’s ace. As long as I’m up North, this will be my go to for all things music.
Great shop, first time using the shop, as I usually buy online, but needed a last minute purchase. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Great prices. Shop is like an Aladins cave of all things music. Highly recommended
