Good area for football activitiesnBut inadequate parking in area
The playing fields are great for running our dog....lots of space and a safe distance from roads. Plenty of space for parking to. I noticed today though that some irresponsible dog owners have not picked up after their dog, this is completely unacceptable in any area never mind a playing field where children play football...PLEASE PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG! There's plenty of bins so there's no excuse!
I have been visiting these fields for all my childhood up to now. Always enjoyed playing football and walking the dog on these fields. Huge open space free to the public which hosts football matches and has lots of goals where you can have a kick about. These fields are used for training for lots of teams and people walk their dogs here daily.
Great place. Only 2 big faultsn1 dog walkers not picking up and bagging dog waste. Bins are provided.n2 football teams that leave rubbish on the side lines after a match. Bins are provided.
Excellent football facilities for all ages. Fields kept to a high standard controlled by the council. Would love to see burger /tea coffee mobile catering there at weekends between hours of 10.00 - 14.00
