The office is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating that compliments the buildings decorations. Housing benefit and council tax enquiries are dealt with on the 2nd floor with computers with internet access for further information or receptionist staff are at the front desk for enquiries. There is a lift and great access for wheel chair users to access all floors. However the office has its problems with under staffing and can become very busy with long waits if you need tax or housing benefit advice on certain days and staff have been known to be rather unhelpful or rude at times. The payment machine that was available is no longer in use with no intentions to reinstate the facility. It can get quite hot during the summer so taking a bottle of water can be a good option. Unfortunately they have no children's play area so kids can become restless.

The building is clean and spacious, however it is critically understaffed and several members of staff are rude and unhelpful. A shame that PCC's front of house is staffed so poorly
