After choosing a beautiful bathroom cabinet, sink and taps from this branch we found that the tap didn't fit properly. After contacting the branch we were told that we could not return it but they could do us a deal on another tap! We weren't advised about the length of different taps when we made our purchase so feel very let down. We have also emailed customer services about this matter but have had no reply. Very poor service and would not return to this store.
