Sent us faulty tap, would not accept return within 24hrs of delivery.nWe’re £228 out of pocket for plumber charges to install and uninstall the faulty tap and now we’re left with it in the box because they won’t take it back. I’m not just bitterly disappointed, I’m absolutely fuming and have asked PayPal to step in.
Very good and positive experiencenI went to the store in Birmingham, very friendly staff , tall gentleman Paul? was very helpful, showed us different showers /door and basins available.nCall centre staff very helpful in terms of checking stock and advising estimated delivery timesnOrdered online for store collection.nOur builder went and collected, all fitted and no issues . Looks like good quality and hope it’s durable.
We are very pleased with our shower screens. Hollie was very helpful in helping us find what we needed. Delivery was very prompt and well communicated. Screens were well packed.
I have had a lot of grief dealing with plumbing world and would advise anyone not to buy from them. The refund I am chasing is ridiculous, these guys expect me to be able to fit a side panel for shower tray and a shower tray into my car to return it....despite it being dropped off by a van and then they deny receiving emails despite me replying to THEIR customer service email and not receiving a bounce back! I spoke to someone in their customer service team called Holly only for her to say she is after sales team despite CUSTOMER SERVICE being written under name! When you tell them its only then do they respond! Oh dearnLooking at these reviews I wonder when I am going to get my refund! oh dear Citizens advice bereau will be getting a call from me very soon by the looks of it.
Poor company.nnClick and collect is not accurate items were not in stocks and the communication was appalling.nThey take forever to return emails.nThe return policy is a joke. They take a percentage of what you bought and don't issue your refund straight away. Days later they did it and I'm still waiting for the money to go back in my account.nBadly run and I do not recommend.
